Perishable Items (Groceries, Vegetables, Fresh Fruits):
Refunds are only available for perishable items if they are delivered damaged, spoiled, or incorrect.
You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
Please provide photo or video evidence of the problem via email or WhatsApp.
Non-Perishable Items (Beauty Products):
Beauty products are eligible for return/refund only if they are unused, sealed, and in the original packaging.
